Amazing Support
The CTN team provides amazing support. They have an email solution that has a very fast response time and every time, my problem has been resolved within a few minutes. I am in the Fraser Valley and my specialty is Cardiology, definitely not computers, and most times it is an issue with my computer or web browser. Three years in, it was the best decision we made
CTN helped to set up our lab from step 1. They called it a “lab in a box” and it really was. They worked with our architect, they provided equipment options from multiple vendors, they managed the equipment installation, they trained our staff on a paperless environment, they trained the cardiologists, and they continue to provide tech support and coordinate with different suppliers when things go wrong. We perform Stress testing, ECG, Holter, Event and Ambulatory blood pressure tests in our clinic. Three years in, it was the best decision we made to go with a single company to set up our lab. Dr. AA
It has been an amazing improvement
We have multiple satellite clinics staffed by RNs. We use CTN for ECGs and it has been an amazing improvement. We previously used to fax our ECGs to our IM specialist and wait for his MOA to fax the result back. This would usually take days, and sometimes even weeks if he was out of town. Now, he reads online and we get results back immediately, usually on the same day or the next morning when we come in. When he went to Europe, his colleague was set up to read for him and it required just a phone call to CTN to arrange. The support team is fabulous. Ms. FS, RN
